I have never felt mistreated by Zulily's... They have expenses like other businesses that have to be passed on the the consumer... that is Business. I have found them to helpful, fair, and have no complaints. Returns have gone smooth... I mail my returns in the bags they arrive and change the address to their address... pay for postage and it works fine.
It is hard to say because all of their clothes run different. I have bought 4 bras and they are not returnable and way too small, not even close to my size.

No, there is not a fee to buy from Zulily. However they do charge shipping for every order no matter how much you buy.
I received mine today. I can't even wear them. I can fit both feet in one boot. They are HUGE and I ordered my normal size.
I have always received what I ordered. The quality of the itemwhether a dress, shoes or banana holderis equivalent to the price you pay for it, meaning I don't expect a dress to be luxe quality for $19.99. You get what you pay for. The issues I've had sometimes with clothes is a chemical smell that some have, so I do think they need better quality control over some of the clothes makers they use and possibly stop doing business with some clothes makers with lower quality standards. In general, I've been happy with what I've ordered.
It depends on the manufacturer. They usually post a link to a sizing chart when you select individual items. It's always important to read the notes in the description as well. Sometimes they tell you that an item ruins large or small and to order accordingly.
If you place an order an the item doesn't arrive in time for Zulily's expected ship date, they will send you an e-mail letting you know that it's late and they will give it a few more days. If they know they won't be able to get the item to ship, they will refund to your original form of payment. I've had this happen a few times and not only have they issued a full refund but they've also given me a $10 store credit on top of my full refund.
