on 1/17/19I have never felt mistreated by Zulily's... They have expenses like other businesses that have to be passed on the the consumer... that is Business.
I have found them to helpful, fair, and have no complaints. Returns have gone smooth... I mail my returns in the bags they arrive and change the address to their address... pay for postage and it works fine.
Crazy question. Sounds like you didn't take the steps necessary to get a refund or didn't read their refund facts. I've never had any issues with Zulily honoring refunds. Yes, you typically get a store credit. Just call into customer service and discuss it with them.
This is an absolutely ridiculous question. Zulily's customer service is outstanding and if you're not satisfied with your business with them you're not going about it correctly. They do not steal from their customers!
