Highly cautious! It is very risky to buy from Zulily. Zulily is a cheating business and scamp. Here is my case: I ordered 4 perfume bottles (they offered sale price) from Zulily on 10 April 2017. Then I read horrible reviews of zulily online and I found out that zulily is not a reliable shopping site, so I quickly contacted them to cancel my order on that night. They replied very quickly and cancelled my order for me on 11 April 2017, however they didn't refund my $188.7 back to my bank account. I contacted them to request for refund, however their response really scared me, they said that they didn't capture my money, they said "after 3-5 days it would be fall off of authorization to capture that amount of money. However, I already wait nearly 30 days but I still don't see my money back to my account yet. I contacted my bank to send message to their bank but have no result yet. They really captured my money but rejected it and denied to refund my $188.7. Can the polices in USA do something to Zulily, it is a scamp business to cheat buyers TT___TT

From the reviews I have read, there isn't much of a customer satisfaction return policy. This company sale items made in Chine from inexpensive sweat shops of multiple sellers. The return policy is designed with many fees on return so that the seller can continue to make a profit and take the return item and re-sale, repeating the cycle. I suggest you make this your last purchase and shop elsewhere.
