Why do you have such poor reviews for the quality of your merchandise and customer service as well? Doesn't your reputation mean a great deal to you? I've seen a lot of ads for Zulily which have to be expensive. You clearly want market share but how can you not have a return policy and an alleged extremely poor customer service? Majority of items posted on Zulily come from a third party, which is why the items have a no return policy. You're getting everything at a discounted rate. As far as clothing, each item has a size chart available, b/c each brand has may have a different size chart! I've NEVER had an issue with their site, and as far as customer service, they also want your shopping experience to satisfy their customers. As far as the wait time for your purchase, boils down to the third party seller. So it's worth the wait!

I'm giving 5 stars for service and the speed I received them. I just wanted to ask for merchandise I don't see to buy. Regular Voss water is all I'm asking for. It helps me with hydration, and at my age I'm trying to avoid sparkling water to achieve my goal every month.

Kathleen, you should not publicly post your e-mail address. Or your surname, for that matter. People are crazy. Keep that personal stuff to yourself.
