I ordered a pair of boots from Zulily that were advertised as having a leather upper. Later, after looking these boots up elsewhere on the Internet, I learned they are actually manmade. I can't wear manmade shoes, and certainly not manmade boots. The boots have just been shipped. Is there any way I can get Zulily to take them back based on their erroneous advertising?

If their advertisement was erroneous, evidently, Zulily should reimburse you immediately. Email their Customer Service & they will reply for sure. I encountered 2 or 3 times similar "incidents" and I was always reimbursed. Just tell it as it is, and you should be fine...

I called them about a badly dyed blouse and was told they had a 'No Returns' policy.

They will give you a credit, but not reimburse you.

I disagree. A couple of times I've contacted Zulily about an item I received that was either damaged or wasn't as advertised. Both times I was given credit and was either instructed to return (early days) or they suggested I donate it to Goodwill. Although this posting is from 11/14, in general, I would contact them. It's the only way to know for sure rather than to assume the worst. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. I love Zulily, because I know their policies and what to expect. This is really too bad.

The run around of a Company which uses child labor and sub standard rejects from that company is not one I wish to deal with. A small group of us all got together and ordered one item (since we are all in the design industry we know our sizes and know fabric. Not one of the items arrived were the correct size. All but one was wrong fabric. Company would not take any returns and one items... had a burn hole right in the middle of the front of the skirt! We tried to get items returned and even though they all came in same shipment, we were directed to a different address for each item and it would have cost over $60.00 each to ship items back. (they say there is a 40% restock fee and add the Priority Return Receipt Mailing, with each item having to go separate... SO NOT USING THEM AGAIN. Believe this is a company owned by green card holders who are laundering money... Think about it! SCAM

I have rarely had a problem with Zulily. Once I received a small size outdoor flag when I ordered a large one but correct flag was sent to me and I kept small one. All of the items say No Returns and it couldn't be plainer than that.

Most likely not. You are stuck with them unless there is a huge flaw. They have never asked me to return anything and usually they will credit your zulily account and tell you to donate the item.

I wrote a letter of complaint to Zulily and they not only gave me my money back, but also a $10 gift certificate and a 20% one time discount. They also told me to just keep th e original merchandise. I let my daughter use the discounts and everything was fine.

Zulily does not take returns. When you get the boots call them up. They won't give you your money, back but will give you a credit., which to me is just as good. Zulily is the best!

Yes, I've retuned two items that were not as advertised. They were good about it. However, if it's due to size, they will not unless the item is grossly off from the item's size chart.

When I tried to return an item they promised to refund the amount, although they never did. They also gave me the advice of donating the item I didn't like. They are terrible!
