Unbelievably fast shipping, and quick returns on items I couldn't use.

Zappos has the Internet's greatest selection of shoes, and I don't have to pay shipping, even on returns.

I've been a customer since 1995 and have rarely had a bad experience. Amazon's Customer Service used to be one of the best, but they're lagging a bit behind nowadays. I still do most of my shopping at this site, and am also one of their top reviewers.

I really like Orvis clothes for women, with one exception--all of their pants are too long for me. I wish they'd give their female customers a choice of lengths like they do with the guys.

The one thing that keeps me from shopping more at this site is their shipping charges. You can get around their exorbitant shipping charges by signing up for and using their credit card, but I've got enough credit cards, already.

I liked the selection of channels on DISH but it seemed as though my rates were creeping up and up until finally we were paying over $130/month. We switched to DirecTV and our rate immediately dropped by $50, even though we were getting almost the same set of channels.

One thing that really bothered me: I had to sign up for two different sports packages in order to get complete Olympics coverage. I don't watch 99% of the channels I was forced to buy, which is a continual irritant. In a non-Olympics year, all I really want to watch is the Universal Sports Network (figure skating and gymnastics) and the horse racing channels (HRTV and TVG), but I still have to sign up for all of those other sports channels that I never watch. And whatever happened to Dr. G? That was one of my favorite shows.

I was already upset because my order took three weeks to ship. When I finally received the blouse, it had streaks of white where the dye hadn't taken, so I decided to return it. I couldn't find anything about returns on their website, so I called and was told by a Zulily representative that they didn't accept returns. I will never do business with this rip-off company again.
