Hi Louisa

Yes, our Total Balance Women's does include Soy.

Xtend-Life uses soy based ingredients in a number of our products. We ensure to use only the best quality forms, sourced from fermented soy which is of a higher quality and more bio available than other forms of soy.

Fermented soy increases the amount of available isoflavones which are one of the most beneficial components, offering support to a number of health concerns. Our soy ingredients contain approximately 20% isoflavones. Research has shown that isoflavones may protect cellular health, helping reduce the production of stress proteins that may lead to cell mutations. Soy also has noted antioxidant benefits, may help address high cholesterol as well as support various hormone related conditions, especially for women.

There is a great deal of information regarding the use of soy in supplements available online, much of it poorly researched or touted by companies with an agenda to sell their products rather than by non-biased scientific experts.

Soy is of benefit for a range of concerns, provided it is used appropriately. It is correct that there may be a number of conditions with which the use of soy is not recommended. If you are concerned about this we suggest speaking with your doctor before you begin any of our supplements containing soy.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have further questions in respect to this and any other thoughts you may have. You can contact us at customer.service@xtend-life.com

With the kindest regards
