Firstly, you need to understand if you have a Candida overgrowth. Are you experiencing any symptoms?

There are many wide ranging symptoms that may be attributed to an overgrowth of Candida bacteria in the body, but the following list are some of the most prominent:

Chronic fatigue

Recurring yeast infections
