Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from WigSis staff and previous consumers.
They would not give me the address but stated the address on the packaging was not the return address and they would not be able to retrieve the wig if I sent it to that address.
WIGSIS will try, through the email conversations, to get you to keep the product even though you are not satisfied. If you return it, you will have to pay and the amount you paid for the wig, will not be refunded. I paid $109 for the wig I received, Daisy only wanted to refund me $16.35. I told her to keep that god awful wig and the money too. $16.35 was not going to do me any good at all. I will never order anything from them again.
They won't give you the address, they will push you to keep you bad item or they will ask you buy another one for a discounted price and you will keep both. I am waiting for my results the last 2 months. PayPal is taking that bad business side instead help decent customers. Sorry, you will have no results with returning anything. J. B.
