I purchased a wig from Wigsis and whole heartedly regret it! First this wig looks nothing like it's pictured, it actually looks like a truck stop hookers hair! (NO LIE) I contacted customer service for the return address and since 6/30/2019 I have gone back and forth about returning ang receiving a refund 21 times. They are refusing me an address and a refund. Last email they only want to refund me $40 of a $178.00 total. I did however speak to my lawyer and he stated that their return policy states I am entitled to my money back so looks like we are going to court. I'm serious about this company-they are from a different country and they are shiesters! Do not waste your time or money with these jokers. I don't even want to choose number 1 on the survey... they are that horrible

Please reconsider using this company and do your research before buying on line. These ppl probably have another site under a different name. Honestly Sally’s sell beautiful wigs and I’m sure you can find a local establishment near you that sells wigs and do not look like a truck stop hooker’s hair. Also go on QVC.com they sell beautiful wigs too. Sure wish I had before ordering from this joke of a company!!!
