Oh No! I've just booked a ticket through your website ( I though I was on Kayak and somehow found myself on yours) and am now reading the reviews calling your operation a SCAM! I'm terrified that I will be out almost $700 which I can't hardly afford in the first place! I have yet to receive a confirmation number / email and this just doesn't look or feel right to me.

What is a "normal" processing time to get a confirmation from a reservation booking? All other carriers and 3rd party sites are within 1-2 hours, even for international.

Hello, the best thing to do is to call the airline directly before purchasing the ticket. Some airlines do not allow dogs, and the ones that do allow them typically charge fees of $100 or more. Their are other requirements too, such as vaccines. The airline is your best source of information for this question.
