Oh No! I've just booked a ticket through your website ( I though I was on Kayak and somehow found myself on yours) and am now reading the reviews calling your operation a SCAM! I'm terrified that I will be out almost $700 which I can't hardly afford in the first place! I have yet to receive a confirmation number / email and this just doesn't look or feel right to me.

What is a "normal" processing time to get a confirmation from a reservation booking? All other carriers and 3rd party sites are within 1-2 hours, even for international.
I need help from a What'sCheaper staff regarding a ticket booked 5-6 hours ago and still no confirmation showing up in my inbox or spam.

Thank you for your question. The fares you show on our site INCLUDE our fee.
The actual price is the airfare plus a $15 charge, but once again this is added together and the fare quoted includes that amount (although billed separately on your credit card).
