Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Viagogo staff and previous consumers.
They usually publish a collection point in correspondence when they actually confirm that tickets are to be collected at the event rather than delivered. It is normal practice for them to have a local collection point but if you haven't been given the information yet you should contact their customer services (via the website email or telephone numbers) and ask them for details. Good luck!
On the site they say you'll receive the tickets "on the week leading to the event", through their FAQ's. But in fact when you receive mail, you'll be surprised to see that it's probable that you'll receive them 3 days before the event! Or if you are travelling then you'll have to stay in the place where the event is happening to get the tickets by post within 3 days of the event. If they fail, you'll have to deal with customer support to get something worth the value of the money you paid for the tickets, but no refund. Does that sound something fishy?
Viagogo? Don't even consider it, it's yet another scam by this customer. They might sell your tickets six times over, then when someone doesn't get in they will blame you and charge you. If they have you cc or bank details close your account.
Hi Aley, I would refer them to the guarantees they make a noise a out on the their own website and threaten to to sue them for clear breach of contract. They will try and blame their source but your contract is with Viagogo, not with their source. It is their responsibility to screen their sources for authenticity, not yours, so you. A not be held accountable for their own business failings If the tickets are fake then Viagogo should compensate you and take the matter up with their source. You will have to make an awful lot of noise on the phone and via social media to focus their minds though, as they will try and wiggle off the hook! Good luck... Craig
Your tickets might never arrive. This is such a dodgy company. Mine didn't and they sent me replacement ones and I couldn't get in with those! When I rang them from the concert they wasn't even bothered! It's been over a month and I still haven't received my refund. I'm never going to use this company again and I don't think other people should either. It was horrible buying tickets for a concert youve been really excited for and then being there and not able to go in, I wouldn't wish that on anyone
