Your tickets might never arrive. This is such a dodgy company. Mine didn't and they sent me replacement ones and I couldn't get in with those! When I rang them from the concert they wasn't even bothered! It's been over a month and I still haven't received my refund. I'm never going to use this company again and I don't think other people should either. It was horrible buying tickets for a concert youve been really excited for and then being there and not able to go in, I wouldn't wish that on anyone

Start following up with them from the third day. Give them a call. I had the same concern with my f c barcelona tickets. They did arrive on day-2 but we're fake which I realised only when I got to the match! Hopefully that won't be the issue with you. You should get the tickets and I wish you luck that they aren't fake.
