I have dealt with Tom Top for many years and had no issues other than the slow delivery which is common with overseas shipping. But... that being said, the last few times I have had horrible service and lack of answers. I have emailed and questioned with promises of 24 hour response and never do I get any answers. The last straw was an order that did not come in and when questioned no answer. Two months this went on and I finally did get an answer that I was going to get another one sent but never did receive it nor did they follow up. The last time I tried to order their lack of simple response to simple questions bothered me and then repeated emails to them bore no responses or comments etc. I have given up and use EverBuying.com and have yet to have issues. Be very careful with TomTop.
I have order numerous times over a few years and they have amazing products. Unfortunately the last time I ordered something, the item did not come. They assured me a refund was coming my way. After waiting a month and nothing, I contacted them 3 times and never received an answer. I then had some promotional coupons in which I can apply to my order. I attempted connection with their Chat Line and left numerous emails never receiving an answer. Finally, I tried to make an order and apply a coupon and the coupons would not work anyway, they were not relevant. Again, I contacted them to no avail. I am frustrated enough to say be very careful with them. Good luck.
