I just received my Lina purse and absolutely love it. I swear it is brand new. Not a mark or stain on it or inside. Love it I want my cash out money. This is ridiculous. Contacted the company numerous times and no response. $168.78 Why can't I get a transfer of my sales to my bank account? I have $168.78 and can't get my money. I received the wrong size on my order. I want to return it for no charge whatsoever. How do I do that? It is hard to contact any one on your site. How do they know who is sending the bag I see I shouldn't sell with this company but are they okay to buy from? Recently saw a bad purse or tote purchase. What about clothes recently? I was going to send in a bag of clothes. Most are new or like new but not necessarily designer labels. Am I wasting my time? Has anyone from Thred up respond to e-mails. How long does it take to get debit card for payout? How do I go about returning an item? The boots I ordered were advertised as size 8 but when the boots arrived they were a7. No way do they fit . I placed an order on 8/12 and on 8/13 it looks like the order was cancelled as the money that was charged to my account was put back account. Why?
