on 4/14/15Ditto above contact company direct, more than likely you will end up feeling ripped off. I stick with likewice.com for selling
I had the same issue. The bag has it's own postage label & I was given no tracking reference by the PO when it was sent back. I had to email ThredUP to ask if it was received after 10 days or so had gone by. They provided a tracking number and I could see it was STILL on the road even though it was only going to the next state from me and I could have driven it there myself faster. Once they received it, they notified me of the processing time before I would get any answer as to when or if they'd accept the clothes (roughly a month later - I kid you not!) & how much I'd get. I found the whole thing very slow, unorganized and after my 1 experience, decided never to do business with them again.
Not much money; maybe 6-7 dollars a bag. It takes them forever to process. No surprise to hear you ask this question.
It takes 2 months for processing, then they credit you a tiny amount.
It takes about a month for them to process the bag. In your account info under My Bag History, it has details about which bags are received and being processed. It takes a long time. I have mailed 33 bags to them, and they have not lost any of my items, It is very slow process, though.
I have sent back about 10-12 bags to thred up. They will send toucan email when the bag is received as well as updates as to the processing time and when it is completed. They are great about communicating, but the actual processing time is slow. Expect about 2 weeks.
You would need to contact ThredUp directly (I am a reviewer - I don't work for them). I can tell you that ThredUp is great about sending you an email when they have received your bag, and will give you an idea of when you can expect them to have processed your bag.
