Yes they have great prices wanted to know about the quality of their laptops and cameras

Answer:

The quality of laptops is crap. Returned because it would not boot. They sent the same one back and it still won't boot completely. ZoomUSA is the 'fulfillment center' and who you correspond with until the expiration of the time you can return the product, then they tell you they can't set you up for a refund but can send you another laptop. Tanga has not responded to my emails or texts so, Have filed dispute with PayPal and if that doesn't work (which it usually does), I will file with my CC company, which always works. Don't order from them, it's not worth the hassle. Find someone else that you can get a warranty with. I ordered the warranty that they offered, but warranties are no good on products that are not working when you get them.

Question:

Is the address on the package the same one to return the item?

Answer:

I don't know, but you have to have an RMA label to return an item and it will have an address on it.

I placed an order and it said that my address entered didn't match my address on my card, but it took the payment (two times) and i still haven't received a confirmation email. has this happened to anyone else??

Answer:

I just ordered and they took the payment 2 times and sent me a message that my order was successfully canceled.

They advertise really good prices on apple macbooks. has anyone purchased a macbook from them and why are they priced so low?

Answer:

I didn't order a MacBook, but an IPAD 4, at a surprisingly low price. It was refurbished but when I received it, it was like brand new. It has been great. I also bought my wife a refurbished Windows HP laptop for a really low price and she has been very satisfied with it. I hope this was of some help.

I purchased an item and when it arrived it appeared to be a new item. after i took it out of the box, i noticed that the recipe booklet was copied on a copier. as i inspected the item further, i noticed that the numbers were worn and item appeared to be used. does tanga resale refurbished items? if so, i was unaware and thought i was purchasing a new item. i feel somewhat deceived!

Hi there - we do sell some refurbished items, but we will always let you know on the product page that an item is refurbished. There will be details in both the description and details tab on the product page.
