I purchased an item and when it arrived it appeared to be a new item. After I took it out of the box, I noticed that the recipe booklet was copied on a copier. As I inspected the item further, I noticed that the numbers were worn and item appeared to be used. Does Tanga resale refurbished items? If so, I was unaware and thought I was purchasing a new item. I feel somewhat deceived!

Hi there - we do sell some refurbished items, but we will always let you know on the product page that an item is refurbished. There will be details in both the description and details tab on the product page. If an item you purchased said it was brand new and you believe it to be used, please contact us at service@tanga.com and we will work with you on a return/refund as well as look into the issue for you!
