Can you clarify the below refund policy? does it mean that if i order over 3 items, for example 5, that i can only return 3 of the 5 items? can i receive a credit for the returns to use in the store? will i get charged for shipping items back? 'there is no limit to the amount of returns that customers can request. however, customers are limited to three (3) returns per order id.'

I believe this means you are limited to 3 returns per order. There is not a limit on returning any number of items from an order, but you may only send 3 separate returns (of any size) from the same order. For instance, if you receive an order and wish to return a few things, you may. If a few days goes by and you decide you wish to return additional items from the same order, you may. You may do this for a third time but after that, you cannot return any more items from that one order. Be aware there is a limited time to return items after your order is received.

Hi Beverly, Once we receive your items, they will be stored in our fulfillment center until we can process the items. After they are processed, the items will be loaded to your Swap.com account for you to log in a price.
