Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from branded surveys staff and previous consumers.
That sounds unfair. When you try to log on, it should say why your account was suspended. Unless you violated the terms of your agreement you should be able to redeem your points. Try getting on the website with a different email as a guest and read the FAQs or send a request for explanation to Customer Support. If you violated your agreement I don't think you will be entitled to redeem your points but only Branded could explain that to you. Good luck.
If you are asking if you will qualify to answer surveys about the grocery business, it's been my experience that the answer is yes if you are responsible for the grocery shopping in your household, whether you live alone or have a large family. Groceries are big business since we all need food. Competitive business cares a lot about your opinion of the stores. Always verify that you are on a legitimate survey platform to guard against scams or identity theft. Good luck to you.
I am in several survey platforms and find almost everything I get is determined by my favorite shopping, products and suppliers. You should be asked to fill out extensive profiles on legitimate platforms that will determine what surveys are sent your way. Try to be truthful in your profiles because you will be asked detailed questions on surveys with AI evaluating your responses. They can tell if you say you're familiar with something you know nothing about. You could be banned from survey sites for lies. Companies spend a lot of money trying to get legitimate opinions so they are serious about it. Always spend time determining if you are on a legitimate platform that will safeguard and secure your information to guard against scams. They might ask what your income is for one year but they wouldn't need your social security number, mother's maiden name or information that could lead to identity theft. You are competing with millions of people world wide for survey spots because it's easy to make cash. Don't be discouraged if you don't qualify for a survey. Just try again on the next one. Good luck to you.
I haven't experienced this but I have gone on my account and written straight to customer support when I felt I didn't get deserved credit or had problems with surveys. My question was always answered by the email address of my account. Perhaps you could log on to Branded and check FAQs or write directly to them as I did. Good luck with your surveys and I wish you the best of life.
