on 2/24/23That sounds unfair. When you try to log on, it should say why your account was suspended. Unless you violated the terms of your agreement you should be able to redeem your points. Try getting on the website with a different email as a guest and read the FAQs or send a request for explanation to Customer Support. If you violated your agreement I don't think you will be entitled to redeem your points but only Branded could explain that to you. Good luck.
