Branded suryeys was being sent to my e-mail address. Now suddenly it isnt-why?

I haven't experienced this but I have gone on my account and written straight to customer support when I felt I didn't get deserved credit or had problems with surveys. My question was always answered by the email address of my account. Perhaps you could log on to Branded and check FAQs or write directly to them as I did. Good luck with your surveys and I wish you the best of life.
