Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from StyleWe staff and previous consumers.
Be very careful with customer service from StyleWe - keep everything in writing and be persistent. They will try to scam you in every way possible and they do not answer their emails with anything other than boiler-plate templates. Do not expect them to contact you - you have to stay on top of them. Rate this retailer on SiteJabber, Facebook, Twitter, etc. so others may know your experience with them. The vast majority of customer service interactions I have read about (that are legitimate - they post a lot of FAKE reviews) are very negative.
It took a few weeks for me to get my clothing (I'm in New Jersey) - past the promised ship date so don't plan on having your item on time unless you plan ahead for delays. Be aware that any returns you make have to go back to China - there is no North American warehouse to return to. It's a long and complicated process - read the reviews here for details and stories of other frustrated consumers. And their products are NOT sized for an American consumer. Beware! You are far better off shopping locally with a good retailer with a solid return policy.
Your return center is in the US - then why was I forced to send return to China at a cost of $76 which was actually returned to me stating there was not a business at this address - this btw was sent with the label stylewe provided for my return.
Mary, don't believe the response you received from STYLEWE! They are scammers! I've never written a bad review of any company! Here was their reply to me when I tried to return dresses that didn't fit. This is not a "misunderstanding or miscommunication ". They want to give me 15% cash back on $170 so I can go have it altered and keep 2 dresses I don't want!
OK. Anyway, if you need more information, feel free to contact us at services@stylewe.com, we will be glad to offer you more details. Best regards, StyleWe
"Only $78"? Surely you are being facetious, or you're quite accustomed to Rodeo Drive pricing within a cushy lifestyle. The average American female considers that to be a fairly high price for a midi dress that ships from China and is of unknown origin and quality (must also pay return international shipping if unacceptable). I would not pay over $40 for the dress with my above-average income.
That's not supposed to be the measurement of your bust. It means the top has enough fabric to equals 48". In other words, it's not skin tight.
They will try to offer you a small partial refund, or a store credit if you do not return the item(s). They talk about the expense of the shipping and going through customs.
