Question:

I ordered a tapestry a little over 2 weeks ago. it still has not come. i received a confirmation saying it would be shipped in 3-4 business days, if i click on the tracking link, two weeks later it still says pending and will be shipped in 3-4 business days. so why is my product not getting shipped to me?

I just got my phone case in the mail and i hate it. i really wish that i chose a different design because i didn't realize that the colour was a cream instead of white. do you know if it's possible to exchange my case for a different design?

Question:

Do the unisex pullover hoodies shrink a lot after being washed and how fitting are they? trying to figure out what size to buy.

Answer:

It will depend on the type of shirt you purchase. We have 100% cotton shirts which are Solid colors. They will shrink a bit when you wash them. We also have Tri-Blend shirts that are 50% Polyester, 25% Cotton and 25% Rayon. The Tri-Blends tend not to shrink as much.

Are the computer decals trust worthy to not come off easily?

Hi Ashley, The computer decals are made from a very durable material that do not come off easily. However, when you are ready to remove the decal it is sure to not leave behind any residue. If you do encounter any issues with a decal you purchase simply contact our customer service team and we will absolutely take care of you.

After that shipping takes up to 5 business days for Domestic orders and 1-3 weeks for international.
