I ordered a tapestry a little over 2 weeks ago. It still has not come. I received a confirmation saying it would be shipped in 3-4 business days, if I click on the tracking link, two weeks later it still says pending and will be shipped in 3-4 business days. So why is my product not getting shipped to me?

Same happened to me, ordered a tapestry a month ago and it hasn't arrived yet. Customer service team did offer a replacement if I believe my package to be lost but I felt it would take just as long for a replacement. Society6 customer service dos issue a refund to me within 24hours though.
