We're located in the U. S! Our call center is in Delaware, and our in stock dresses ship from New Jersey. Items marked "Due to Ship" ship directly from the designers warehouses located across the US. Unfortunately we do not have any store locations open at this time but all orders can be placed online! Please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance.
We accept returns! You can receive a refund less 10% restocking fee or a store credit for the total value of the item you are returning. You must obtain a return authorization number within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that all items marked "Sale" and "Store Credit Only" can only be returned for store credit. Hello! In regards to size, you will need to compare your measurements to the size chart provided from the designer for each dress. You must consider your body type and the style of the dress. The size chart will highlight where each measurement falls on the chart but it is merely a guide to assist you in selecting the size that is best for you. The free US ground shipping option can take up to 3-7 business days to arrive once the dress ships! Please contact us if you have any further questions and we'd be happy to help!

Yes, we ship to New Zealand! The international shipping option is $35 through UPS for the first item and can take 2-7 business days from when the dress ships. A UK size 18 is about a US size 16 but please keep in mind that each designer will have their own sizing standards. A size guide with measurements is provided for every dress! We're located in the US! When you get a dress would depend on the availability of the dress and the shipping option you choose. An item that states "In Stock: Ships next business day!" when you select the color and size should ship out the next business day and arrive in the shipping time you select! If it states "due to ship" it should ship out on the date provided and then arrive in the shipping time you choose.
