I'm a bit confused on the return policy. If you return dresses within 7 days, is return shipping free? Do you need to pay anything? Please explain.
The receipt states that the return needs to made within 14 days of receipt.Well within timeframe, now says order doesn't qualify for a return. HELP.

We're located in the US! When you get a dress would depend on the availability of the dress and the shipping option you choose. An item that states "In Stock: Ships next business day!" when you select the color and size should ship out the next business day and arrive in the shipping time you select! If it states "due to ship" it should ship out on the date provided and then arrive in the shipping time you choose. The US ground shipping option is free and can take up to 3-7 business days but we have expedited options as well! If you have any further questions, please contact us and we'd be happy to help!
