I'm a bit confused on the return policy. If you return dresses within 7 days, is return shipping free? Do you need to pay anything? Please explain.
The receipt states that the return needs to made within 14 days of receipt.Well within timeframe, now says order doesn't qualify for a return. HELP.

A UK size 18 is about a US size 16 but please keep in mind that each designer will have their own sizing standards. A size guide with measurements is provided for every dress! The international shipping option is $35 for the first item and can take 2-7 business days from when the dress ships. NOTE: All International shipments are subject to duties and taxes.
