I understand how the membership works but i'm worried they're going to make it difficult to cancel it? does anyone have experience with canceling?

Hello! This is from the ShoeDazzle team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it. It is so sad to hear that you are now deciding to let go of your VIP membership, however, if that is your final decision, we will respect that wholeheartedly. There is an option called "pay-as-you-go". There will be no access to VIP prices and perks (such as an exclusive set of styles and reward points) anymore, but there will be no monthly fee. You can still purchase for the retail price with free shipping for orders of $59 and above. Let me know if you like to be a pay-as-you-go member, I can help you make that change in your account.

Hi if i just want to order once and not get a membership, is that possible?

Hello! This is from the ShoeDazzle team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it. You always have the option to make a purchase without being enrolled in the VIP membership. You can purchase items at their regular retail price should you not wish your account to be enrolled in the membership.

How do i opt out monthly?

Hello! This is from the ShoeDazzle team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it. If you wish not to add the $49.95 to your online account, you may Skip the Month on the 1st - 5th of every month and you are good to go for the month. The skip button can be found under your VIP account tab with a color hot pink button after clicking the 'My VIP' option.

Do the shoes come on time?

Regarding our shipping time frame, once the order is completed online, there will be 1-2 business days of processing of the item(s) in the warehouse, we send a confirmation email within 24-48 hours. As soon as the item(s) is shipped out, we'll send another email along with the tracking number so you may track it from time to time. You will receive your order within 6-14 business days (standard shipping) and 2-3 business days (rush shipping) once the item is shipped out.

How is possible to get charged if i never order nothing and i cancel my vip and still charge my account

Is the $39.99 vip charges a monthly pay?

Answer:

Hello! This is from the ShoeDazzle team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it. The $49.95 charge will be converted to a VIP Credit that you can use to purchase. VIP Credits can be used to purchase any single item priced at up to $80, opt for a curated bundle, or select two items. This credit is available for your use when you are ready to make a purchase. If the credit is unused after a year since it was issued to the account, the credit will expire. Skipping is always an option to avoid the monthly VIP Credits. Just simply visit the website within the first five days of each month. Go under the "My VIPs" tab, and you will see the skip button there in green. Just press it and answer a few questions until you see a confirmation saying, "You've successfully skipped the month." Then you are good to go. We send out email reminders every first and fifth day of each month so that our members will be reminded to skip. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder to see if you do not see the email in your inbox. You can also set an alarm or put a note on your calendar to be reminded.
