on 4/10/18Hello! This is from the ShoeDazzle team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it. You will be charged for the monthly credit if you do not skip the month and if you are still a VIP member during the billing period.
This literally just happened to me too! I called the ShoeDazzle customer service and they told me I have to use that credit amount they charged my account of 39.95! I called my bank agent to see if they could help with refunding all that money back ASAP. The best way I would do is to change all of your bank information to a whole new one. That's exactly what I'm going to do so that they won't charge me anything and I will won't ever do business with them anymore.
