They do not offer refunds, although the website states they do - do not be fooled by this. I hope that you have had a more positive experience than so many of us have.

I have posted back my dress to the address was on invoice but they never get back to me... really bad customer service, no refund, no dress

Not a chance this is quite possibly the worst company to deal with. You cannot contact anyone other than email. Thank God i got my money back. The dress was a week late absolutely dreadfully made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Dont waste your money. The dresses are cheap and nasty. If your dress doesn't fit (and I asure you it won't fit) Shilla will not refund your money.
