Hi I ordered a black long dress yesterday from Shillas and today only read the reviews, it has given me the shivers to read them all. So many people are unhappy with their clothing! They do not offer refunds, although the website states they do - do not be fooled by this. I hope that you have had a more positive experience than so many of us have.
