It says i should get my clothes in 24 hours, but it has already been a week. don't advertise something you are not going to be. i haven't even gotten an email from you guys. i spent 130 dollars and i better not have wasted that much because now that i read the reviews, they don't seem good at all.

I haven't received a confirmation email after i placed my order and customer service won't get back to me. my bank has processed the amount but my order doesn't exist on their site. not sure how to find out what is going on.

What does the shipping insurance cover? does it account for their extremely long shipping times (that are longer than what they promised)?

Do you realize if you have any problems, and you will, you must return to China and insure at Your expense, even if the problem is their fault? I live in Canada and Icing, And Well.ca are two companies that are a pleasure to do business with. And they will never cheat you.
