The shipping insurance is that if your package has been lost due to some reasons, we can reship the package to you. But it does not account for extremely long shipping time.

I paid the shipping insurance but it´s fake
Ordred 25 march 2015
Till now 20 juin 2015 not recieved
The costumer will say just wait after à lot of talking they reshipp an other one
