I haven't received a confirmation email after I placed my order and customer service won't get back to me. My bank has processed the amount but my order doesn't exist on their site. Not sure how to find out what is going on.

I placed my order through PayPal. I received one from PayPal n from rotita. It's really odd to me how some peoples orders go through n some dnt. I dnt knw if I'll b lucky next time. Check Ur spam.?
