I am not getting the free shipping offer....and I am new...first order
I have sent two bags in the last 6 months and neither has posted as arrived and the clothes are not up on the website. Also, we used to to make over $1 for almost every item, sometimes over $10, but, now, we receive under a dollar for every item and so many items aren't being posted. I sent in two pairs of woman's shoes, new in their box and they were never posted for example. I don't understand what changed in the the last 6 months. This used to be a great company now I feel like there might be something dishonest going on.
So I referred a friend who is willing to try, but is anxious to enter her cc information. Because I too was referred by a friend who had a successful experience, I want her to take a chance as well (she noted the neg reviews). Would my account get charged if she uses the same cc info that I used on my order? Basically two different accounts with the same cc info?
I placed an order about 8/23/2015 and I received one package with one arrival of clothingabout a week ago, I received another bag with two arrival of clothes today, but there was three items shown on the invoice. Is three of the arrivals supose to be in this bag? If so I'm missing an arrival. My order # is SON132935-CA.and the item I'm missing is I-395*693361 it is a honors romper preschoolgirls 1. I placed 2 orders through you. I received the second order no problem but there was no sign of the first order. I sent an email in to you and heard back that it was getting ready and would be shipped very soon. When I got another package in the mail from you it was only one item out of several. I emailed back that I only received one item but paid for several and nobody bothered to respond back to me. What gives? The order # is #SON116930 and all I got was 1 red sweater.
