I placed 2 orders through you. I received the second order no problem but there was no sign of the first order. I sent an email in to you and heard back that it was getting ready and would be shipped very soon. When I got another package in the mail from you it was only one item out of several. I emailed back that I only received one item but paid for several and nobody bothered to respond back to me. What gives? The order # is #SON116930 and all I got was 1 red sweater.
