I have sent two bags in the last 6 months and neither has posted as arrived and the clothes are not up on the website. Also, we used to to make over $1 for almost every item, sometimes over $10, but, now, we receive under a dollar for every item and so many items aren't being posted. I sent in two pairs of woman's shoes, new in their box and they were never posted for example. I don't understand what changed in the the last 6 months. This used to be a great company now I feel like there might be something dishonest going on.

They are stealing our donations and keeping them for themselves. Been catching on to that over the past 12 months. Don't donate anything else to this scam site. Donate local instead. Or sell your clothes on ebay if you need the money. Don't line the pockets of these crooks anymore

I experienced the same issues. Lower quality items were posted and the new, more expensive items were never listed. I feel that they are taking the nicer items and either keeping them, or selling them on the side.
