It's a scam, hun. Don't believe these people above.

There in it for the money most clothes are garbage worthy you never get a complete order and if you donate your items they dont go where u request or they are never listed anyway they are also way over priced

Not a scam pee say but deffinetly not reliable. Every package was missing 1-2 items and they took $30 even though my order should of been free (and it took them a week to fix)

It is not a scam. It is hit or miss. Often they do not have what you order. They give you a credit, but don't count on what you order.
Their customer service is very disappointing.
Order tags on clothes to be safe.
I am not ordering or donating again.

It hasn't been for me. If you are expecting all new perfect clothes, you need to look for the "new with tags" notice. But if you order used clothes that show up in a different condition than described, which happened to me once, just put in a complaint ticket and see what they can do to make it up to you. In my one bad experience I got a full refund. Another... 7 or 8 orders and no more bad experiences.

It is is no way a scam. I've ordered from them more than 20 times and I've never run into any fraudulent practices. Like the person said above, if an item arrives and is not in the condition described, they will promptly refund your credit card or issue replacement credits. In the past orders took a long time to arrive since they are based in CA and I'm on the East Coast, but now they have a new distribution center in OH and items are shipped from there priority mail. I generally receive my items less than a week from the time I ordered, sometimes as short as 4 days. You should give them a try!
