I'm sorry you're not satisfied with the status of your order Ashley. That seems to be a popular complaint. I've never had an issue with the company. Like said above, if you have concerns email them. They're pretty good at responding when I need help.

So i ordered from sammy dress just a week ago pr may be 2 weeks ago. and ofc im still waiting i thought itll be fast idk yet. i saw this reviews and it just got me confuse bc some of them were happy of what they got but some of them were warning people not to buy! im wondering how long does it take to ship here when i live in canada? btw i took flat rate shipping bc the shipping is expensive! plus is this a scam? It does take a while for it to get to you. You should try and contact customer support and see where it may be. When I ordered my very first outfit from them it took about 3 weeks to get to me. I did contact customer support and they were able to give me a tracking number.

I've been waiting 5 weeks for my swimsuit and still haven't gotten it. Guess I will have to go to a regular retail store. Never ordering from this place again.
