Start complaining on their social media page. Complain, repeat. When you start bad mouthing them, then suddenly they "care" about customer service. Good luck is all I can say. Horrible company! Not one good thing to say about them.

You were lucky to received 10 of the items. I have not received any of mine nor have I been refunded. If you contact them via e-mail they will give you a customer service number, but it is worthless.
