EVERYONE really needs to read what you need to do. First of all, if you were smart to use PayPal, file a complaint and ask to be refunded. DO NOT ACCEPT anything from SammyDress other than the full amount. They will try to close the case by giving you a fraction of the amount of your order. DO NOT DO THIS... Paypal will find in your favor and do a complete refund. If you used a CREDIT card, you need to call the credit card company and put in a fraud complaint against them for either you got the item and the quality or condition is not acceptable AND you cannot reach them because their phone is always busy, and/or because you can't use their email system because it keeps coming back to you since their mailbox is full. Again, the Credit card company will try to work this out for you and when they run into the brick wall, they will get the refund for you. Don't waste your time filing a claim, it doesn't work. This company needs to be shut down.

I wrote a very BAD review about Sammy Dress and they actually contacted me about my comment on this site! They actually gave me my money back for the item that never showed up! Write a bad review and they will contact you on it! My review started out with all Capitol letters saying scam scam scam! I was glad they did return my money!

Go into your account and send them a ticket, they responded to me every time within 24 hours unless it was a weekend. I have only ordered once but have been very happy. I am placing my second order tomorrow.

Go to your order information and you can e-mail them. That is the best way to reach them. They will refund your money but you have to be diligent. Good luck to you.
