You can try going through customer service but will likely get the run around. Expect the answers to be in stilted English as this is a Chinese company. They will "pretend" to work with you but in the end they really don't care. That was my experience. All I can say is good luck and warn your friends not to buy from this company. It may look legit, but you'll be disappointed 9 times out of 10. The real reviews are the ones where people are giving them 1 star. The fake reviews are the 5 star ones... seriously, take a look with a critical eye at the 5 star reviews. Do people really say those thing? Then, read the 1 star reviews. These are real people who have not gotten what was promised by Rotita. I wish I had read them before my daughter purchased anything.

Count on AT LEAST 6 weeks for it to arrive. I would never order from them again. The quality on all clothing is horrible and the material is thin and they are cheaply made ripping very easily. Don't waste your money!

I don't mean this to sound flippant but if you want your clothes by the 27th from Rotita you should cancel the order and buy from a more reputable company. No matter how much you pay for expedited shipping you still have, at least, an 80% chance the clothes will be sub-standard, not fit, not arrive in time, or all of the above. Good luck Jodie!

My shipment took 5 weeks to arrive but I wish it hadn't my items were disgusting, worst clothing I've ever seen. Cheap crap and nothing like the pictures in the website, I've now raised a dispute with paypal for a refund. This company should be shut down!

A: You'd be crazy to order from this company. What you see isn't what you get. They use images from other websites and try and replica the items only what you receive is very cheap clothing poorly made and nothing like what you think you ordered. My items went in the bin, unwearable. Tried to get a refund but gave up dealing with them. They are a scam! Save your money shop elsewhere. I tried putting reviews on their Facebook page but they have blocked me. The positive reviews you see on here are all from Rotita employees to cover up the negative reviews. If they were so good there wouldn't be so many pissed off customers!

Dont bother about whether the sizes are rather small or nor... the truth is that they take your money and never ship your stuffs or you get sh*t stuffs that you cannot use or wear. At the end of it all size would be the last thing to worry about. So be smart and dont buy from them. You should know better by now from all the bad reviews you have seen, unless u have money to throw away.
