I ordered a dress on December 3rd and it still isn't here what should I do now?

You can try going through customer service but will likely get the run around. Expect the answers to be in stilted English as this is a Chinese company. They will "pretend" to work with you but in the end they really don't care. That was my experience. All I can say is good luck and warn your friends not to buy from this company. It may look legit, but you'll be disappointed 9 times out of 10. The real reviews are the ones where people are giving them 1 star. The fake reviews are the 5 star ones... seriously, take a look with a critical eye at the 5 star reviews. Do people really say those thing? Then, read the 1 star reviews. These are real people who have not gotten what was promised by Rotita. I wish I had read them before my daughter purchased anything.

I also ordered a body jumper from December and still can't receive it. The tracking # is bull$#*!, it doesn't update, it states that it's with USPS in transit since 12/29 and when I contact them they have no information on it. I trying sending multiple tickets to Rotita and it won't accept the order # they gave me. I am so frustrated and I wish I had never order from them. This is the first site I ever had problems receiving my order and what make it worse you can't even speak to someone live.

You got scammed, I never received my purchase still waiting since June it was my sister's birthday dress I ordered for her never came in and paypal did give me my money back.

I've ordered several times from this company. I've never had a problem. I've even posted several pictures of myself in the clothing I've ordered on their website under the "review" section for those particular items that I purchased. I've never had a problem with shipping. My first order took about 21 business days to receive. Since then I've just always paid the $8 in change for express shipping and I always get it by the 5th business day from ordering. Another tip besides always opting for express shipping is to choose from the clothes that say "ships within 24 hours" that way you are not having to wait a week for the order to be processed plus a few more weeks for shipping. Hope that helps you. Oh and I would definitely give them 5 stars.
