I don't mean this to sound flippant but if you want your clothes by the 27th from Rotita you should cancel the order and buy from a more reputable company. No matter how much you pay for expedited shipping you still have, at least, an 80% chance the clothes will be sub-standard, not fit, not arrive in time, or all of the above. Good luck Jodie!

I placed my order on 8/6/15 stated i would have it in 7 days. Placed a ticket due to it still not being shipped 5 days later. I expressed my concerns and urgency due to my birthday vacation that i take flight on 8/28/15. The administrator said that they would rush it. Here it is 8/27/15 and still no package. I honestly believe that the reviews on the previous page are all fake except for the last one posted for that one coincides with my experience and the rest of the replies to your question. This company is a scam and there's nothing that we can do about it. My tracking since has been the same info since 8/19/15 that it was accepted in Shanghai China and that is the last update since this morning as well. If anyone knows how we can take this company down please please do share. Completely disguted never experienced anything like this with online purchasing!

If you're ordering from Rotita, it doesn't matter what shipping option you select, shipping will arrive at the same time. Rotita is terrible about shipping. I paid extra for mine to arrive faster and it arrived later than even the regular shipping. It's pathetic.

You will not get your order by the 27th, my package took 5 weeks to arrive, I wish it didn't because the clothes are rubbish. You will not get anything that resembles what you ordered online. The quality, material and sizing was all wrong. I have now raised a dispute with paypal. Have a look at some of the photos people have posted on here. Rotita should be shut down, complete scam!

Unless u select at the time of purchase expedited shipping u cannot do anything until it arrives

I placed my order on August 3rd, I'm still waiting on my package to arrive. Checked the tracking number that was supplied by the company and the shipping status has not changed over the weeks. I don't recommend paying anything additionally to speed up the shipping process. A VERY DISAPPOINTED customer.

They offer express service. Choose the express option instead of standard delivery. It will arrive within 3 days
