How do you return

I ordered 4 items - not one of which was the correct size. I issued a complaint through PayPal. Lilligal offered to refund $23.00 on my original $73.74 purchase! I rejected the refund offer and escalated my claim with PayPal. I've seen similar sites and I think Lilligal is part of a large network of retail scammers from China. Beware of any merchant with the word 'gal' in their name.

It looks it under website however there are so many bad reviews I would not recommend purchasing anything! I brought a jacket for £29.85 it didn't arrive in time for the occasion for which it was purchased and when it did it was far too small even though I ordered a medium!

I see these terrible reviews after i ordered. please say it isn't so. did anybody receive their orders? only spent 25.00 with no shipping and handling. probably should have been a clue. but i still would rather have the poorly made item than just to lose my hard earned 25.00

First of all, sorry for any inconvenience that it may bring. We sent your order in the time frame we promised. The delivery period depends on the shipping method you choose. If you choose flat rate shipping, its quite slow and generally 2-3 weeks of delivery. Standard shipping takes 1-2 weeks, and expedited shipping is as fast as 3 days delivery.

How does the fabric of the clothes bought from rotita feel and last?

If it says Chiffon don't believe it! It'll be Halloween costume material. Read the 1⭐reviews, these are written by real people. The 5 star reviews are mostly fake, written by the company themselves. The fabric of all 3 dresses I ordered were a joke and they don't even come close to what's pictured. Tell your friends to beware this Chinese company.

I paid for "Standard Shipping" which is supposed to take 6-7 business days max from date of shipping. I allowed 3-4 business days processing. Then, I received an email stating that my items had shipped out on March 24,2015. I waited 6-7 business days after the shipment notice email was sent to me. No package. At this point it was in NYC customs. I left for my vacation without the items on April 5,2015. Then, I received a notice while I was away on vacation on April 8,2015. When I returned home, I contacted rotita.com to request return service. I was told that it would cost more than I paid for my items to return them to China, and that I would be given 60% credit from the website. I knew that it was a loose/loose situation so I agreed. Low and behold, the agent emailed me back after I agreed to receive a 60% credit back, and notified me that their policy was to only credit back 15% of the merchandise total, but they did me a favor to credit me back 30% instead. I agreed. I would not order from them again.
