Why can't i talk to someone abt my order?

I have order through Rosegal, Trendsgal and Wish. All of the items I got through them in good time and they were fairly decent quality. The items I had expedited shipping arrived within 7 business days as the site said. So I really didn't think there would be a problem with Rotita. Should have thought better. I have never been able to get the issue resolved. After a month of fighting with them I went through Paypal for them to resolve it. Rotita always had an excuse for not sending the items. Hopefully you can get your $ back, but don't even try to email/call them. It doesn't help. Go with one of the companies I mentioned. I have found them reliable to a tee. Good luck!

Because this company is in China. They'll let you open "a ticket" and then give you the run around until you give up. Good luck getting what you "think you ordered". Because the pictures are deceitful. The clothes look great but what you get is cheap quality and not as pictured. Sorry but it's happened to a lot of us. This is a SCAM so tell your friends NOT TO BE FOOLED! I was and ended up giving away my dresses to Goodwill for Halloween costumes, that's how bad they were.
