I ordered color block dress and around march 13,2015, size m and i just tried them on they are too tight can i still exchange for a size large?

Answer:

I've had the same experience as others. When I wanted to return my tops that were too small, they said it wasn't worth sending them back and to sell them to someone else. I sent them back anyway and they said they never received them. After many, many emails, they finally gave me 60% of what I paid. If you are VERY persistent and leave them bad reviews, they might do the same for you. I warn you to NEVER buy from them again.

How do i return items... they are crap quality and look nothing like the photos... very disappointed

Hi Tina unfortunately the cost of the postage to return the item etc and then trying to negotiate a refund, you won't be left with much from your refund (if you get it). I've just counted my loss and learnt a big lesson. Unfortunately I didn't realise that the site was Asian as this is not displayed anywhere. I didn't realise till I was tracking the dispatch and saw that it was leaving from China! I wouldn't have bought if I had known this.

What is the shipping time like? how is the customer service?

Answer:

Mine took about a week, but again it was poor quality and I wish I never bought from them. I'm not even nothing to send it back just going straight in the bin I can't be bothered with the hassle.

I'm sorry Mary, Its all so confusing. All these sites from China have the same dress I love, but I'm afraid to order. The reviews swing super positive, or extremely bad.
