When am i going to receive my dress? i paid for express shipping last wednesday and still havent received anything?

Answer:

Looking at all the other comments, it seems you won't be getting your dress and even if you do it will be really bad quality I'm afraid! I'm not speaking from personal experience but I've had a look at others and they seem to be all saying the same; that it's a scam. Hope you didn't spend too much money!

Answer:

Same company, same crap. They go under many different aliases. Paypal told me they are huge. What you are buying from them is leftovers and rejects. Yeah, send it all to stupid people(I was one of them) living out of China who will actually pay for it. Great business plan!

Don't buy it! Sheer junk and impossible to return without costing more than item itself…. Comes from China and don't believe the fake 5 star comments!

What is the return address, i emailed to service center and i get you need to put a ticket in. i have several times and it doesn't work! very frustrating!

I haven't received my order either, it has been a month and a half now, my order tracking states it has left china aswell but no sign of my package what so ever? what is going on?

Answer:

I track their packages at USPS.com as the tracking site they suggest doesn't seem to work very well. The package sits in China for a bit after they send me the shipment confirmation email. USPS.com always shows: "Origin post is preparing shipment". I assume this means the package is sitting at customs. When I mail stuff to China for work, and I don't use something like FedEx or DHL, it takes forever and sits at customs for quite some time before they pass it through. I'm thinking this may be the same situation. I've never had anything from Rosewe take a month and a half though. Longest ship time I experienced was one month.
